We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Garments must be:

– Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

– Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear

– Returned with original tags attached

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

In-Store Purchases

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or offered as store credit.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

All Made-to-Order and Bespoke pieces are final sale.

Each garment is handcrafted specifically for you—based on your selected fabric, fit, and measurements—and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
